What's it all about?
Starting out as a therapist isn't always easy. With a little help though, you can avoid the pitfalls and set out on the right track first time. This workshop is designed to help you do just that.

Packed with inspiring exercises, useful tools and tips, you'll come away feeling positive and more equipped to discover your successful future as a therapist.

We'll cover all the things they didn't tell you at college that will help you build a thriving therapy business, so you can do what you feel passionate about, be who you are, and make a living!

So what will we cover?
We start with what inspires and motivates you: Who are you at heart? Why do you do what you do? What motivates you? What are your goals? What currently stops you achieving them?

Then, once you’ve established where you’re starting from and where you want to go, we’ll introduce ways you can you plan to achieve your goals and overcome any obstacles.

By unpicking your assumptions about you and your practice and providing you with tried and tested techniques for building a therapy business, we’ll help you to make your therapeutic work a vocation and not a hobby.

How do you create a steady stream of new clients? How do you ensure that if they need to, they’ll come back to you? How do you charge the right session fee? What are the best ways to fill your diary? How do you keep sane and stay healthy?

You’ll find answers to these and many other questions, and you’ll come away with a definite plan of next steps.

Listening Hands - an introduction to the Craniosacral concept

This workshop provides a simple introduction to the craniosacral concept: practical exercises in perceptual skills.

Workbook and further reading list provided. Each course has a very limited number of places, so early booking is recommended.

Anatomy of the Craniosacral System for Complementary Therapists

Saturday 3 July (9:30-12:30)

Learn and understand more about this core system of the body and how knowledge of its role and function can help with the treatment of a wide variety of health conditions.

This course is designed for complementary therapists who wish to take their work to a deeper level. It includes detailed A&P hand-outs, plus meditations and practical exercises that offer a more interactive way of engaging with this fundamental aspect of our anatomy.
