Online session availability
I am gradually returning to hands-on work and am now offering a limited number of sessions each month, in line with government and professional guidelines. Online, one-to-one and group wellbeing sessions involving mindfulness, meditation and NLP can also be booked, subject to availability, with priority given to existing clients.

Balance in Mind and Body
We all experience ourselves as a body and a mind. Both record all the challenges, triumphs, difficulties and traumas that have been significant to us. Sometimes these physical and emotional memories are useful to us, other times they hinder.
