Prior to therapeutic practice, I spent many years in the voluntary and not-for-profit sector, working in the arts and welfare. Then, shortly after my daughter was born, my family (and I) benefited greatly from Complementary Therapy, in particular Craniosacral Therapy, and I became hooked on a journey of new discoveries of essential connections between mind and body.
